About Us
Thrivator - Helping you thrive at work
Thrivator is a social enterprise on a mission to help people thrive at work by tackling toxic behavior with confidence, clarity, and care.
We believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful, and empowering work or higher education environment. But for too many people, harmful behaviors like bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, micromanagement, or excessive workload cause daily harm.
Thrivator provides free, confidential support to help individuals identify, stop, and recover from these behaviors so they can move forward and thrive.
Our platform offers:
✅ Expert video guidance tailored to different goals
✅ AI-powered coaching for private, contextual support
✅ Referrals to professionals (psychologists, mediators, lawyers)
✅ A private incident tracker stored only on the user’s device
Our Structure and Values
Thrivator proudly operates as a social enterprise. We align with all five global standards for social enterprises:
✅ Purpose: Solving the social problem of toxic workplace behavior
✅ Operations: Prioritizing people, purpose, and well-being over profit
✅ Revenue: Funded through referral fees, sponsorships, and licensing—not users
✅ Surplus Use: Reinvested into expanding impact and improving services
✅ Structure: Operated as a private company (Thrivator Pty Ltd) with a legally embedded social mission
The founder
This work builds on the background of Amos Stark, a learning designer and consultant with 25+ years of international experience creating impactful training for IBM, Samsung, the Australian Department of Defence, and others. He blends technology, behavioral science, and education - and is supported by a generous network of experts in industry and academia.
Having witnessed and personally experienced toxic workplace behavior across a range of organizations, regardless of their size, values, or training budgets, Amos has chosen to dedicate his work to addressing this widespread and deeply harmful problem.

“After decades designing learning solutions for companies like IBM, Samsung, HSBC, and GM, I created Thrivator to apply that experience where it’s needed most—helping people overcome toxic workplace behavior and thrive.”
